​Almost without a doubt, everyone will experience loss at some point in their lives. This may be associated with termination of a significant relationship, presence of a terminal illness death, of a dear one, or loss of an item of much emotional value. Whatever the loss, none is too big or too small to when causing grief.


The grieving process after a significant loss can be as varied as we are many and different, depending on an individual’s background, beliefs, and their relationship to what they have lost. Again, the process may involve a cocktail of thoughts and emotions that can be confusing, frustrating and life-altering when left unaddressed.

If you have lost someone or something cherished, you may reach out to us. Our therapists can help you with any type of loss and grief, living through the accompanying feelings and memories in a non-judgmental manner. It’s tough enough you have suffered a loss; you do not have to endure the grief alone.
