Anger and stress are both common emotions, sometimes healthy when at a motivating level.
Uncontrolled anger and stress can be damaging to both your physical and emotional health and your relationships.


Anger and stress management work in similar ways. This is because they both have a psychological aspect so they can be managed through therapy. Even though both emotions have a healthy component, they can affect us in very negative ways, especially if left unmanaged. There is also the danger of developing negative coping habits that only worsen the situation over time.
